Making visas and immigration work for you!
1. Parties
This Agreement is made between Maguire Venture Management Consultancy L.L.C, trading as Maguire International, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with its registered office at Business Bay, Dubai (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and the Client, whose details are recorded in the Client Information Form (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Maguire International provides professional visa consultancy services, including but not limited to:

Advice and guidance on visa categories and eligibility

Document review and preparation assistance

Application form completion and submission support
-
Appointment scheduling and coordination with third-party service providers
-
Communication and follow-up support during the visa process
The scope of services will be confirmed in writing prior to the initiation of any work.
3. Nature of Service
Maguire International operates solely as a visa consultancy firm, not as a law firm or immigration authority.
All services are limited to consultancy, document preparation, and process facilitation.
Final visa decisions are made exclusively by embassies or immigration authorities, and no guarantee of approval is implied or offered.
4. Fees and Payments

Service fees will be shared with the Client in writing and must be paid through Maguire International’s official payment channels.

Fees quoted do not include government, embassy, medical, or third-party costs, unless otherwise specified.

Once the process has commenced, payments are non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund Policy.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold services if payment terms are not met.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels before application submission, a partial refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion after deducting administrative costs.

No refund will be issued after submission of the application or in case of visa refusal by the relevant authority.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days and returned only to the original payer using the same payment channel.
6. Visa Refusal Handling
In case of visa refusal by any relevant authority (including UKVI or other embassies/consulates):

Reapplication Support: Maguire International will provide full reapplication assistance, including refusal analysis and case restructuring, at no additional service charge.

The Client remains responsible for all government, UKVI, VAC, or third-party fees associated with the new submission.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and verifiable information and documents.
-
Respond promptly to communication or requests for additional documents.
-
Disclose any prior visa refusals, bans, or legal issues.

Understand that false or incomplete information may result in rejection or legal consequences.
Maguire International shall not be responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or withheld information.
8. Company Responsibilities
Maguire International will:

Exercise reasonable care, skill, and diligence in providing services.

Maintain confidentiality of all client data.

Provide timely updates and act with integrity and transparency throughout the process.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client data, including personal and financial details, are treated as strictly confidential.
Maguire International complies with UAE data protection laws and will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Maguire International shall not be held liable for:

Decisions, delays, or policies of immigration authorities or third parties.

Losses caused by false or late information provided by the Client.

System failures or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total consultancy fee paid by the Client.
11. Communication
All official communication shall be conducted through the following verified channels:

Clients must ensure they communicate only via official channels for safety and record-keeping.
12. Term and Termination
This Agreement becomes effective upon Client confirmation of service and remains valid until completion or termination by either party.
Termination after work commencement does not waive payment obligations for services already rendered.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing this Agreement or proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and authorize Maguire International to proceed with visa consultancy services.
15. Service Timeline
Maguire International will aim to complete all stages within advised timelines, though delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events are beyond the Company’s control.
16. Document Handling
All original documents will be handled carefully and returned upon completion.
The Company retains the right to store digital copies securely for record-keeping.
17. Third-Party Services
Maguire International may work with authorized third parties (such as embassies or visa centres) solely to facilitate services.
The Company is not liable for errors, negligence, or delays caused by these entities.
18. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or global disruptions affecting visa systems.
19. Use of Company Name
The Client shall not use Maguire International’s name, logo, or branding for any promotional purpose without written consent.
20. Communication Records
All communication between the Client and the Company shall be documented in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Verbal communication will not be binding unless confirmed in writing.
21. Client Consent
The Client authorizes Maguire International to represent them in visa-related matters and to submit documents to relevant authorities as required.
22. No Employment Guarantee
Maguire International does not act as an employer, agent, or sponsor.
Any employment or placement offers are subject to third-party employers, and the Company bears no responsibility for their actions.
23. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
